Democrats are responding to Rush Limbaugh’s outrageously unpatriotic sentiment that he wants President Obama to fail — further amplified with Limbaugh’s claim that every Republican shares that sentiment — with what looks to me like a sure-fire winning strategy: Reminding voters that, as Paul Begala put it, “The party of Lincoln is now the Party of Limbaugh. We should make every Republican answer this: Why do they want our president to fail?”
