Editors are important, part 54

Editors are important because they’ll fix your homophones. People magazine — a huge outfit owned by the Time Warner Company — really shouldn’t have mistakes like this one posted online:

Opening up about the experience, and showing never before scene post-surgical pictures in her book, “is embarrassing,” Griffin says.

Er, seen, not scene. People, can’t you spare a few bucks for editing?
